Retail Coffee Chains

For a number of years BSA has been providing CDM Consultancy Services for a well-known coffee chain.

The programme scope includes renewals, new stores and drive- throughs, as well as one-off designs such as at airports where we have been involved in more complicated projects. The renewals programme is fast paced which requires good coordination with the design team and the project management team to ensure that CDM compliance is achieved.

Working with the Principal Contractors to ensure their management arrangements are in place and that the sites are safe and not putting public or staff at risk, BSA are able to add value to the team by working with them and making work possible in difficult circumstances, advising both the client and the contractors of solutions to many different scenarios. The coffee units are in various locations and types of premises; from newly-built to listed buildings, in retail parks, shopping malls, train stations, airports or within a high street chain store or supermarket.
