We are currently working with a blue chip client within this sector to deliver a programme of reinvestment works for their whole public houses estate. These works vary depending on the age and the condition of the pub, so flexibility is the key to ensuring each project is delivered in a timely fashion and in line with the CDM Regulation and associated Health & Safety Regulations. This work is carried out by a variety of Contractors, but managed by a core group of Project Managers and Architects/Designers with BSA ensuring design risks are highlighted with the project team and coordinated so that the work is carried out without any risks to health & safety.
