Fire Risk Assessments

BSA are currently working with several high end fashion retail outlet chains that operate across the UK.

To assist in ensuring these brands continue to be regarded as the best BSA contributes by performing annual or bi-annual premises risk assessment considering any risks that are active within the building. Fire risk assessments ensuring all patrons and the wider public have the safest possible experience whilst in the shop. And access audits that ensure the premises are compliant with the Equalities Act.

As an added value to the client we have written all of their Health & Safety procedures which are reviewed annually to ensure they remain compliant and up to date with latest legislation. When the client wants to open new stores we review the designs and feedback taking into account things such as Building Regulations Part M, for example we will advise if changing rooms are adequate and can be accessed by all. Finally we provide H&S training to all the client’s staff.
