Returning to Work Safely

The focus is looking at how people can begin to return to work safely. Restarting businesses safely following the coronavirus epidemic requires significant considerations and changes to the workplace, and documentation to ensure the safety of people and to give employers and their staff the confidence to get back to work.

 BSA Returning To Work Safely Packages:

COVID-19 Option A package will include the following:

Undertake a site visit to your premises to understand the existing operations, circulation uses, floor sizes and overlay existing drawings with layout options to accommodate circulation uses, social distancing and separation where social distancing cannot be achieved. Complete comprehensive checklist on arrangements and procedures, followed by a report on recommendations on returning to offices and provide a site-specific COVID-19 office risk assessment.

From £975.00 (+VAT) (Cost can depend on size of premises)

COVID-19 Option B package will include the following:

Undertake a site visit prior to your re-structuring your offices to understand the existing operations, circulation uses, floor sizes and provide advice on layout options and to complete our comprehensive checklist for review of your arrangements and procedures followed by a report on recommendations and a site-specific COVID-19 office risk assessment.

Or:

Site visit to review offices alterations/layout changes to accommodate social distancing etc., complete a comprehensive checklist on arrangements and procedures followed by a report on recommendations and a site-specific COVID-19 office risk assessment.

From £650.00 (+VAT) (Cost can depend on size of premises)

COVID-19 Option C package will include the following:

Complete a desktop review of your proposed COVID-19 office set up including access & egress routes, ascertain your arrangements & procedures and provide recommendations. We would also provide a template COVID-19 office risk assessment. (for this option, we would need see office plans showing access and egress routes, details of the circulation and floor sizes. We will also need to know if staff work in shifts, the maximum no. of staff and details of how it is normally occupied and details of common/shared areas etc.).

For the sum of £350.00 (+VAT) (Cost can depend on size of premises)
